Q: I made a mistake. Can I change my order?
A: We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order changes within 24hours of placement. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing service@befancyme.com
Please be sure to include your order number, and let us know exactly what changes need to be made. We will make necessary changes for you and will update you any further information.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: No problem! Orders can be cancelled within 24hours, and emailing us at service@befancyme.com at the same time. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment account.
Q: How do I track my order? / Help! My package has not arrived or is lost!
- Please check your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email. This email is automatically emailed to you after we ship out your order.
- Transit time may greatly vary depending on weather, holidays, COVID-19, and other factors. Please be patient and check the tracking number for updates.
- We are not responsible for any delays or missing of your package. Please contact the courier by which your order was shipped. However, you may email us at service@befancyme.com and we will try our best to assist you.
